RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
DESIGNATION OF APPLICANT'S AGENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga that the City
Fanager of said city is .hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf
of the City of Saratoga, a public entity established under the laws
of the State of California, this application and to file it in the
appropriate Sta~eoffice for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal
financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act (Public Law 288,
93rd Congress) or otherwise available frcm the President' s Disaster
Ralief Fund.
THAT the City of Saratoga, a public entity established under the laws
of the State of California, hereby authorizes its agent to provide
to the State and to the Federal Emergency Managenent Agency (F~4A)
for all matters pertaining to such Federal disaster assistance the
assurances and agreeremits printed cn the reverse side hereof.
The above and foregoing resolution w~s passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 4th
day of Septenber, 1985, by the follc~ing vote:
AYES: Councils Fanell i, Hlava, Moyles and Mayor Clevenger
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Callon
