RESOLUTICN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SARATOGA REVE}~ING TO ACREAGE CERDAIN ~ A,
B AND C OF LAND OF ~-~14ADO REODRDED IN BOOK
431 OF MAPS, P_/~TR.S 27 AND 28.
WHEREAS, C & W ASsociates (John Chu) is the sole owner
of Lots Nos. A, B and C Land of Machado; and
WHEREAS, C & W Associates has requested that said real
property be reverted to acreage in the manner and form as set
forth hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, on September 18, 1985 the City Council of the
City of Saratoga held a duly noticed public hearing at the
request of C & W Associates for said reversion to acreage, and
after the closing of said public hearing, reviewed and con-
sidered applicant's request, staff reports, and parcel maps
submitted by Nelsen Engineering, and other evidence presented
t o the Council at said public hearing;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. The City Council makes the following findings:
(a) Dedications of offers of dedication to be vacated
or abandoned by the reversion to acreage are un-
necessary for present or prospective public pur-
poses.
(b) All owners of an interest in the real property
being reverted to acreage have consented to said
reversion to acreage.
(c) No lots shown on the final map or parcel map have
been sold wihtin five years from the date such
map was filed for record.
2. Having made the above findings:
(a) Lots A, B and C are combined into one lot and
returned to acreage.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of the
City of Saratoga held on teh 18th day of September, 1985 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Callon, Fanelli, Hlava, Moyles and Mayor Clevenger
NOES: None
