RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Planning Comission was created by the
resignation of Louise Schafer, and on the Finance Advisory
Committee by the resignation of Stephen Hall and the expiration
of the term of David DeCarion, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted interviews with several
applicants, and it is now appropriate to make official appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following appointments,
which were announced on November 20, 1985, are hereby confirmed:
Susan Guch - Planning Commissioner, term expiring 1/88
Polly Hillis - Finance Advisory Committee member, term expiring 12/87
David DeCarion - reappointed as Finance Advisory Committee
member, term expiring 12/88
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 4th day
of December, 1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Councils Fanelli, Hlava, Moyles and Mayor Clevenger
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Callon
