RESOLUT/ON OF THE CITY (IXIqC~, OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA fENFIE
APPO~ OF CDMMISSI~
WHEREAS, vacancies on the Public Safety Conmlission were created by the
expiration of terms of Rollin Swanson and Fran Lewis, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted interviews with applicants, and
it is now appropriate to make official appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the follc~ing appointments are
hereby confirmed:
Rollin Swanson and Fran Lewis are reappointed to the
Public Safety Oumdssion for terms expiring in January 1990
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 7th day of January,
1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Fanel li, Hlava, Moyles and Mayor Clevenger
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmenk~r Callon
