A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
REGARDING FEES AND CHARGES AND VILLAGE MAP IN
CONNECTION WITH ADOPTION OF NEW CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Ordinance No. 71, providing for the
adoption of a new City Code; and
WHEREAS, the new City Code specifies various fees and charges to be
established from time to time by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Section 15-06.710 of the new City Code refers to a map of the
Saratoga Village Boundary to be adopted as part of said Code;
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga as follows:
1. Pending further action by the City Council, all fees and charges imposed
for the filing or processing of applications shall remain in full force and
effect at the respective amount established for such fees and charges as
of the date this Resolution is adopted.
2. The City Council hereby approves and adopts that certain map entitled
'Willage Boundary", a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by reference, as the map referred to in Section 15-
06.7 10 of the City Code.

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Saratoga held on the 7th day of January, 1986 by the following vote:
AYES: Councils Callon, Fanelli, Hlava, Moyles and Mayor Clevenger
