COEING CAROLYN SMITH
WHEREAS Carolyn Smith has served as a volunteer in the Oreinanity Service
Officer program of the City of Saratoga for over six hundred and ninety
(690) hours between January 1985 and January 1986, and
WHEREAS Mrs. Smith consistently and cheerfully demonstrated her deep concern
for the safety, welfare and aesthetic quality of her coninanity and its
residents by her willing contribution to the program, and
WHEREAS Mrs. Smith 's efforts have had a notable and positive affect on both
the operation of the ONmtmity Service Officer program and the residents
served by the program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saratoga City Council c(Ianends:

for her contribution as a volunteer for the City of Saratoga.
~he above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Saratoga City Council held on the 5th day of February, 1986, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Callon, Fanelli, Hlava, Moyle s and Mayor Clevenger
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
