HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2323 RESOLUTION NO. 2323 RESOLUTION OF INTEN'TION T0 VACATE DEDICATED PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby declares its intention to vacate that area identified, described and delineated as "Pedestrian Walkway" between Lots 204 and 205 of Tract No. 2965 on that Final Map recorded and filed in Book 175 of Maps at Pages 54 and 55 in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on March 26, 1964. This Pedestrian Walkway vacation proceeding is being conducted pursuant to the authority of Chapter 3 (commencing at Section 8320) of Part 3 of Division 9 of the California Streets and Highways Code as permitted by California Government Code Section 66477.2(e). The Pedestrian Walkway to be vacated runs between La Vista Drive and the site of the former Congress Springs School. A map depicting the exact location of the Pedestrian Walkway is on file and available for inspection during regular business hours at the Saratoga City Hall, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California 95070. A public hearing regarding this proposed vacation of the Pedestrian Walkway shall be conducted before the Saratoga City Council on April 16, 1986, at 8:00 p.m. The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 19th day of March ,1986, by the following vote: AYES: Councils Callon, Fanelli, Hlava, Moyles and l~ayor Clevenger NOES: None ABSENTNone Mayor of the City of Saratoga~ ATTEST: City Clerk ~
