ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER THE ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY TO AN EXISTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
AND THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSHENTS
WITHIN SAID TERRITORY PURSUANT TO THE
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972
CITY OF SARATOGA LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT LLA-1
ANNEXATION 1986-1
RESOLVED, bV the City Council of the City of Saratoga, that
the Resolution cited in the title, adopted by this Council May 7,
1986, be, and it is hereby, rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution
duly passed and adopted by the Saratoga City, Council at a meeting thereof held on
the 4th day of June, 1986, by the following vote of the menk~rs thereof:
