RESOLIrrI(lq OF THE CITY COtRqCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND AMENDING THE 1986-87 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been reco~ended by the City Manager that the following transfer of
appropriations and increase in the present budget appropriations be made:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of Saratoga adopted by
Resolution 2347 be amended as follows:
Trans f er:
Transfer $50,000 from Park Development Fund Balance to fund purchase of pre-fab
restroom at E1 ~.uito Park. Transfer $3,500 from Park Development Fund Balance
to fund development of a site plan for Hakone Gardens.

Purpose:
Provide funding for E1 Quito restroom and Hakone Gardens site pean authorized
by City Council on July 2, 1986.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Saratoga City Council held on the 16th day of July , 1986, by the following vote:
