RESOLUTION NO. 2354
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA COMMENDING CATHY DUNLAP
WHEREAS, Cathy Dunlap is retiring from the City of Saratoga on
August 1, 1986, after nearly nine years of dedicated service; and
WHEREAS, Cathy faithfully served as recording secretary to the
Planning Commission among her many duties as secretary to the
Planning Director and Community Development Director and has
always dealt with members of the public graciously and with good
humor; and
WHEREAS, Cathy provided an outstanding example to other staff
members by her enthusiasm, loyalty, dependability, and her
ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure; and
WHEREAS, Cathy was chosen as "Most Dedicated Employee" in the
City's first Employee Recognition program in 1985, and is known
as "Mother Dunlap" by her co-workers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Saratoga does gratefully thank and hereby commend
· 'CATHY DUNLAP
and wish her many years of happy and fulfilling retirement.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 16th day
of July, 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Councillnembers Anderson, Clevenger, Moyles, Peterson, and Mayor Hlava
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
