RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga has on hand certain surplus
personal property which it deems to be for the common benefit to
be disposed of as hereinafter set forth,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS EEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
dispose of a Troxler Moisture-Density Gauge, Model 2401, Serial
No. 1300, in the manner allowed by law.
The above and foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and thereafter passed and adopted by the City Counci 1 of the City
of Saratoga on the 6th day of August, 1986, by the following
vote:
AYES: Counci]~s Anderson, Clevenger, Peterson, and Mayor Hlava
None
NOES:
ABSENT: Councilmember Moyles
