RMSOY.U'~ION NO. 2372
WMEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cor Bregman generously permitted the
Heritage Preservation of the City of Saratoga to use their
residence at 20330 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road in Saratoga as one of
the Heritage Homes for the 1986 Saratoga Heritage Home Tour, and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cor Bregman have preserved and restored
this residence, known as Villa Deodora to its former elegance and
is a heritage for the people of Saratoga, and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cor Bregman have maintained and enhanced
their home with elegant landscaping and drive, this two-story
Mediterranean villa built in 1912, will bring much pleasure to
all who view it in the years to come, and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cor Bregman did accept the challenge of
having many interested persons of the community, who had an
interest in the City of Saratoga and its historic homes, tour
their residence on April 20, 1986, on behalf of the Heritage
Preservation Commission, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Saratoga City Council
extends its sincere appreciation, and hereby congratulates
MR. AND MRS. COR BREGMAN
as a 1986 Heritage Home Tour participant, for their special
interest and service to their community. The Council, on behalf
of the Heritage Preservation Commission and all of our citizens,
commends them and looks forward to their association with the
City of Saratoga for many more years.
This resolution was passed and adopted by the Saratoga City
" Council at a regular meeting held on the day of ,
1986, by unanimous vote.
