RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES AS ADOPTED IN RESOLUTION NO. 2383
WHEREAS, on October 15, 1986, the City Council of the City of
Saratoga adopted Resolution No. 2383 establishing a schedule of
fees for various applications, permits, extensions, renewals,
services and other matters enumerated therein; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2383 has been amended by Resolutions No.
2383.1, 2383.2 and 2383.3, and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to further amend Resolution 2383
to establish a fee for the administrative design review procedure
for residences handled through the staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Saratoga City Council as
follows:
1. Exhibit "A" attached to Resolution 2383 is amended by
adding the following:

15-45.070(b) Design Administrative Review $100.00
Review Application Fee
2. Except as amended by Resolutions 2383.1, 2383.2, 2383.3
and as further amended herein, Resolution 2383 is declared to be
in full force and effect.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoga City Council at a meeting held on the 19th day of
October, 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilr~rs Clevenger, Moyles, Peterson, Stutzman and Mayor Ander~
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
