A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF FEES
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section I. Exhibit "B" of Resolution 2383 relating to Park
and Recreation Fees is hereby amended to read:
"Park and Recreation Fee
A, R-l, HC-RD, NHR districts Average number of persons
per occupied single-
family detached dwelling
unit ~ 333.33 x fair
market value of land per
acre.
All other districts Average number of persons
per occupied single-
family attached and
multiple-family dwelling
units ~ 333.33 x fair
market value of land per
acre+"
Section 2, This resolution shall become effective on the
date of its adoption.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoga City Council at a meeting held on the 5th day of July,
1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Moyles, Peterson, StutzmanandMayorAnderson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
