RESOI/frlON OF THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATO C~
EXPANDING I~M]I1LqltlP OF PUBLIC SAFETY C(M~ISSION
AND APPOINTING TX{REE (IMiISSIONERS
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the Public Safety Commission, and
WHEIFAS, in conducting interviews to fill the vacancy the City Council
has determined that it would be in the best interests of the City of
Saratoga to expand the membership of the Public Safety Commission from
five to seven members.
NOW, THE~ BE IT RESOLd, that the Public Safety Commission shall
consist of seven members with stagered terms, and
BE IT FURTHER IeLVED that three new members are appointed as follows:
Brett A. Borah, for a term expiring January 1990
DouElas P. Crane, for a term expiring January 1990
EuEene W. O'Rorke, for a term expiring January 1990
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 5th day of November,
1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Counci~rs Anderson, Clevenger, Moyles, and Mayor Hlava
NOES: None
ABSENT: Counciln~ Peterson
