A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEYS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986 - 1987
CITY OF SARATOGA LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRIC~ LLA-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake proceedings for
the levy and collection of assessments upon the several lots or parcels
of land in City of Saratoga Landscapin9 and Lightin9 District LLA-1
pursuant to the Landscapin~ and Lightin9 Act of 1972 for the
construction or installation of improvements, includin9 the maintenance
or servicing, or both, thereof for the Fiscal Year 1986 - 1987~ and
WHEREAS, the public interest and 9eneral welfare will be served
by appointin9 and employinq attorneys for the preparation and conduct of
said proceedtn9sx
NOW, TI~EREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the law firm of WILSON MORTO~ ASSAF & McELLIGOTT, San
aateo, California, be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed to do
and perform all legal services required in the conduct of said
proceedin9s, and that its compensation be, and it is hereby, fixed at
not to exceed $1,200.00.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 16th day of April, 1986,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmenbers Callon, Fanelli, MDyles and Mayor Pro Tem Hlava
