RESOLUTION OF TI~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
RESCII~ING THE POLICY OF ROTATION OF THE OFFICE OF MAYOR
~, the City, Council did, on July 3, 1985, pass a motion establishing
the palicy of rotation of the office of mayor, and did amend that palicy by
motion on June 26, 1986, and
WIMRFAS, the City Council believes that it is in the best interests of the
City of Saratoga that rotation of the office of mayor be left to the best
judgment of the Council at the time of the selection of the mayor.
NOW, TItEREF(ilE, t~E IT RESOLVED, that the motions passed on July 3, 1985, and
on June 26, 1986, concerning rotation of the office of mayor are hereby
rescinded.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 21st day of January,
1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Counc~s Moylest Pe~erson~ and Mayor Hlava
NOES: Councils Andersen and Clevenger
ABSENT: None
