RESOLDTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING A MI1~ER OF THE PIANNING ~SSION
WHEREAS, the Saratoga City Council has conducted interviews for a vacancy on
the Planning Cemmdssion, and
~FAS, it is now appropriate to make an appointment to fill the vacancy.
NOW, TMEREH)RE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following appointment is made:
Harold Clay, for a term expiring January 1989
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Saratoga City Council held on the 6th day of May, 1987, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmmlbe~s Anderson, Foyles, and Mayor Hlava
NOES: None
ABSENT: Counci~rs Clevenger and Peterson
