RF, T~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ALrIBORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN CITY REGORDS
WHETS, Government Code Section 34090 et seq. authorizes City department
heads to destroy certain records, documents, instruments, books or paper after
the same have been properly microfilmed with the approval of the Legislative
Body by resolution and the written consent of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
that it does hereby authorize the Planning Director to destroy those certain
records, documents, instrumemts, books or paper under his charge as described
in Exhibit A.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Saratoga City Council held on the 4th day of November, 1987, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilire/nkers Anderson, Clevenger, Hlava, MDyles, and Mayor Peterson
NOES: None
ABSENT :None ~
