A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INITIATE EMPLOYEE
DISABILITY RETIREMENT PROCEEDINGS
Pursuant to Government Code sections 21023 and 21023.5, the City
· Council of the City of Saratoga, a contracting agency of the
Public Employees' Retirement System, hereby delegates authority
to the City Manager to make application to PERS to initiate
employee disability retirement proceedings.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 17th of February, 1988, by the following vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT: None
