RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 3
The City Council of the City of Saratoga resolves:
A map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Village Parking
District No. 3, City of Saratoga, Santa Clara County, California"
has been filed with the City Clerk.
This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries
shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory included
in a proposed assessment district to be known as Village Parking
District No. 3, City of Saratoga, Santa Clara County, California.
This Council finds that the map is in the form and
contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California
Streets and Highways Code.
This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the
adoption of this resolution on the face of the map, and to file a
copy of the map with the County Recorder for placement in the Book
of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on thel5th
day of ~e , 1988, by the following vote:
