RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ACCEPTING REPORT AND SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 3
The City Council of the City of Saratoga resolves:
1. At the direction of this Council, Richard C. Smith, as
Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings in Village Parking
District No. 3, City of Saratoga, Santa Clara County, California,
has filed with the City Clerk the report described in Section 10204
of the Streets and Highways Code (Municipal Improvement Act of
1913). This Council accepts the report without modification, for
the purpose of conducting a hearing of protests to the improvements
described in the report.
2. This Council sets 8:00 P.M. on August 3, 1988, in the
Chambers of the City Council at 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga,
California, as the time and place for hearing protests to the
proposed improvements.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish, post and mail
the notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act
of 1913, and to file an affidavit of compliance. The notice shall
be published in the SARATOGA NEWS.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular adjourned meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on
the 30th day of June, 1988, by the following vote:
