HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2473.6 RESOLUTION NO. 2473.6 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA OVERRULING PROTESTS VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 3 The City Council of the City of Saratoga resolves: On August 3, 1988, the City Council opened a public hearing on the resolution of intention and the engineer's report on the proposed improvement in Village Parking District No. 3. At or before the time set for hearing, certain interested persons made protests or objections to the proposed improvement, the extent of the assessment district or the proposed assessment. The City Council hereby overrules each of these protests, written or oral. The City Council finds that the protest against the proposed improvement (including all written protests not withdrawn in writing before the conclusion of the protest hearing) is made by the owners of less than one-half of the area of the land to be assessed for the improvement. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 3rd day of August, 1988, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger,~byles, Peterson, StutzmanandMayorAnderson NOES: None ABSENT: None ' ~/~ Mayor ATT~. ~-~ Deputy Ci~erk
