RESOLUTION NO. 2481
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
COMMENDING HAROLD CLAY
WHEREAS, Harold Clay has served the City of Saratgoga with
distinction as a Planning Commissioner from May 1987 to March 1988,
and
WHEREAS, he has participated in the public hearings, exhibiting a
thorough knowledge of the City Code, and
WHEREAS, he has always added a sense of fairness to all public
hearings and has always been concerned for the residents of
Saratoga and their well-being, and
WHEREAS, he has made a tremendous contribution to the planning
process and has consistently upheld the principles of the General
Plan and ordinances of the City of Saratoga.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Saratoga City Council does
hereby commend Harold Clay for his dedication and service to the
City of Saratoga, and extends to him its appreciation and best
.wishes for the future.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoga City council at a meeting held on the 4th day of May,
1988, by the following vote:
AYES: CouncilheAters Anderscm, Clevenger and Hlava
NOES: None
ABSENT: CouncilOr Moyles and Mayor Peterson
