RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL 0g THE CITY OF SARATOGA
INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND AMENDING TIlE F.Y. 1989 BUD(;ET
WIIEREAS, it has been recommended by the City Manager that the
following transfer of appropriations and increase; in the presenl:
budget appropriations be made:
NOW, TIIEREFORF,, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget:. of the City
Saratoga adopted by Resolution ~492 be amended as follows:
Transfer:
$17,824 FRO~ 0001-2000 (FUND I~AI, ANCE)
TO 1011-4510 (CONTRACT SERVICES)
Purpose:
To fund an additional officer for D.U.I. as approved by City
Council on September 21, 1988.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 7th day
of October, 1988 by the following vote:
AYES; Councilmembers Clevenger,Moyles, Peterson, Stutzman, andMayor Anderson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
