RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE THREE YEAR HOUSING ASSISTANCE PLAN
FOUR 1989-91, PURSUANT TO TITLE I OF THE HCDA OF 1974, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga is a participant in the Santa Clara
County Urban County Cooperation Agreement to undertake or assist
in the undertaking of essential activities pursuant to Title I of
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended for
fiscal years 1988-90; and
WHEREAS, every three years each participant in the Urban County
is required to prepare a Housing Assistance Plan describing their
~housing conditions and goals to meet the housing needs of lower
income persons, and identifying specific housing actions to be
undertaken to fulfill its housing needs; and
WHEREAS, the 1989-91 Housing Assistance Plan for the City of
Saratoga has been prepared and submitted to the City Council for
review;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
accept and approve the 1989-91 Housing Assistance Plan.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 16th day
of November, 1988, by the following vote:
