RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
STATING ITS INTENT TO MODIFY AGREEMENTS RELATING TO
STATE ROUTE 85
WHEREAS, on November 8, 1988, the voters of Saratoga approved
advisory Measures L and M calling for construction of an
interchange with proposed State Route 85 at Saratoga Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council states its
intent to amend those agreements heretofore entered into with the
State Department of Transportation and the Santa Clara County
Traffic Authority relating to the construction of proposed State
Route 85 through the City of Saratoga to provide for an
interchange at Saratoga Avenue.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoga City Council at a meeting held on the 7th day of
December, 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Peterson, Stutzmsn, andMayor Anderson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilrer Moyles
