RESOLUTION NO. 2532
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
COMMENDING DAVID DE CARION
WHEREAS, David de Carion has served on the Finance Advisory
Committee since 1985 and as Chairman since 1987 and is now
retiring from the committee, and
WHEREAS, he has been of great service to the committee in its
work on reviewing various City projects, including the budget,
the investment policy, and Civic Center expansion designs, and
WHEREAS, he has also participated in the selection of an auditor
and a Finance Director, and
WHEREAS, his special expertise in property evaluation has been of
particular value in determining the disposition of the City-owned
property at Cox Avenue and Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
DAVID DE CARION
is hereby commended and thanked for his years of service on the
Finance Advisory Committee.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoga City Council at a meeting held on the 21st day of
December, 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Counc~s Clevenger, Moyles, Peterson and Mayor Anderson
NOES: None
