RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE FINANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Robert Weiss has resigned from the Finance Advisory
Committee and his eeat is therefore vacant, and
WHEREAS, notice of the vacancy has been duly posted in accordance
with Government Code 54974, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has decided to appoint a previous
applicant to the Committee to fill the vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE following appointment is
made for a term ending December 1989:
HENRY MURAKAMI
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting. of the Saratoga City Council held on the 1st day of
March, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Co~mcil~rs Clevenger, Moyles, Peterson, Stutzman and Mayor Anderson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
