RESCE/TfI~ OF THE CITY CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AUTHORIZING THE DEPARIMEV~
OF GENERAL SERVICES OF ~{E STATE OF CALIFOrniA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby authorize
the Office of Procuremerit, Department of General Services of the State of Califoria
to purchase material, supplies and equi[rent forana on the behalf of the City of
Saratoga pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that the City Manager is
hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Saratoga.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true ara correct copy of the resolution
duly and regularly adoopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a meeting
thereof held on the 1st day of March, 1989, and that the sane now appears of record
in my office.
