RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
REAPPOINTING AND APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE LIBRARY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the terms of four members of the Library Commission have
expired, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has decided to reappoint those incumbents
who are eligible to be reappointed and appoint new members to
replace those who have served two full terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE following reappointments
and appointments are made for terms ending February 1993:
Richard Dyer, Sr.
David Newby
Barry Mills
Patrick Moloney
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 15th day
of March, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Counci]Jremkers Clevengert Moyles, Pe~rson, Stut~an, andMayor Anderson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
