SMETICN 2: ~he aforesaid Offer of Dedication is hereby acoepted
by the City of Saratoga and the above portions of said
land covered thereby are hereby declared to be public streets of
the City of Saratoga.
The above ax~ foregoing resolution ~ passed and adopted on the

For valuable consideration, the undersigned Owners of the
hereinafter described real property, hereby warranting that
they constitute all of the owners thereof, for themselves,
their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby irrevocably offer
to dedicate to the City of Saratoga, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement and right of way for a public city street (including
all trees or growth presently growing or as may be grown
within said right of way).upon, under, over and across that
certain real property situated in the City' of Saratoga, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, and more. particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly boundary of that certain parcel
of land granted to Thad C. Binkley and Mildred H. Binkley by John Rodrigues,
~ Jr. et ux and et al by deed recorded June 8, 1960 in Book 4816 of Official
Records of Page 718, Santa Clara County Records, said point also being the
point of .[nterRectio~ of tho cen~er]'[.ne of P~erce Rond wi. th c~nter of nn
existing road (referred to as Course "A" in the above described deed), thence
leaving said westerly boundary and said centerline of Pierce Road and running
North 65"24' East along the above described Course "A" for a distance of
24.33 feet; thence leaving said Course "A" at right angles and running North
24"36' West 15.00 feet to the point of intersection of the northeasterly
line of Pierce Road and the northwesterly line of that existing road, and
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence running along said northwesterly line
of Pierce Road North 10"39'55" West 89.82 feet; thence continuing onto the
southeasterly lane of Pierce Road ·North 39"56' East 22.00 feet; thence
leaving said southeasterly line of Pierce Road and running South 6~00'56''
Ease 101.95 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of said existing road;
thence running South 65"24' West 9.00 feet along said northwesterly line to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 1,198.3 square feet more or less.
The undersigned understand that the within offer can only be
accepted by resolution of the City Council of the City of
Saratoga pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 1806
of the St'ate of California, and recordatton of this instrument
shall not and will not constitute acceptance of the within
offer to dedicate. This offer shall be irrevocable and shall.
be binding upon our heirs, personal representatives, successors
and assigns'. The plural as used herein shall include the
singular, and the singular include the plural.
