RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING ROBERT SHOOK AS SPECIAL CITY ENGINEER
WHEREAS Robert Shook is a registered civil engineer licensed to
practice in the State of California, and
WHEREAS, Robert Shook, by virtue of his prior employment with the
City, is knowledgeable concerning City practices and standards,
and
WHEREAS, because of Robert Shook's retirement from the City, City
requires the services of a registered civil engineer to perform
certain duties on its behalf commencing on January 1, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Robert Shook, RCE 14893, is
hereby appointed Special City Engineer effective January 1, 1989,
at a compensation of $55.00 per hour, and he shall perform those
duties from time to time as required by the City Manager and the
general laws of the State of California. Such employment shall
be for an indefinite period or until this resolution is repealed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoga City Council at a meeting held on the 3rd day of May ,
1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilrers Clevenger, Moyles, Peterson, Stutzman, andMayor Anderson
