RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Susan Guch has resigned from the Planning Commission,
interviews have been conducted to fill the vacancy, and it is now
approriate to fill the vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE following appointment is
made for a term ending January 1992:
Gillian Moran
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 5th day of
July, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilr~s Clevenger, MDyles, Peterson, StutzmanandMayorAnderson
NOES: Ncne
