~IiF~E~S, Leo M. Shortino has requested that said real pzoper~y be
feverbed to acreage in the ~ and form as set forth hereinafter; and
~~ on ~uly 5, 1989, the Cit~Z Council of the City of SaratcxZa held
a duly noticed public hearir~ at the request of Leo M. Shoz~cino for said reversion
of acreage, and after the closing of said public hearing, reviewed and considered
applicant's request, staff repo~cs, the parcel map submitted by P{x~er E, Dodge
and other evidence presenf~d to ~he Council at said public hearings:
NC~q, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga HEREBY RESOLVES

bJ ~ ( 1. The City Council makes the following findings:
C3 (a) No Offer of Dedication is vacated at this time.
C3 Ca C~ ~ (b) All c~ners of an interest in the real property being reverted
~ bJ ~ !~creage have consented to said reversion to acreage.
C3 m 2. Having made the above findings:

C3 ~ ~ ~ one lot and r~ to acreage.

meeting of the .City Council of the City of Saratoga; held on the 5th day of July,
1989, by the following vote:
