RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING A COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TO AN AGENCY
WHEREAS, on July 5, 1989, the City Council adopted Resolution 2586
appointing Council representatives to various committees and
agencies, and
WHEREAS, a new group, the Santa Clara County Cities Association,
has been formed, and
WHEREAS, it is now appropriate to appoint a member of the City
Council as representative to this group.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga that Don Peterson is appointed as representative to the
Santa Clara County Cities Association through June 1990.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoga City Council at a meeting held on the 6th day of December,
1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Counc~s Anderson, MDyles, Peterson, Stutzman and Mayor Clevenger
NOES: Nerve
ABSENT: None
