RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE HAKONE FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, the Saratoga City Council, at the request of the
Chairperson of the Hakone Foundation, has agreed to the expansion
of the Foundation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE following appointments to
the Hakone Foundation are made for an indefinite term:
Don Miller
Bill Glennon
E. Floyd Kvamme
Gladys Armstrong
Helen and Ralph Metcalf
Henry Yamate
James O'Rourke
Keiske K. Yawata
Kay Duffy
Sharon and Carl Cookson
Sue and Jack Mallory
Yoshihiro Uchida
Ann Marie Burger
David Moyles (Council liaison)
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 2nd day of
August, 1989, by the following vote:
