RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE
HERITAGE PRESERVATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Sharon Landsness has resigned from the Heritage
Preservation Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously conducted interviews for
the Heritage Preservation Commission, and it is now appropriate to
fill the vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT "RESOLVED, THAT THE following appointment is
made:
Steven Benzing, for a term expiring April 1990
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 18th day
of October, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Counci/~sAnderson, Moyles, Peterson, StutzmanandMayor Clevenger
NOES: None
ABSENT:None
