RESOLUTION NO. 92-064
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION AND PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Matthew Durket and Karen Tucker have resigned from the
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the terms of Frank Franklin, Ann Marie Gilman, Marianne
Swan, and Terence Ward have expired on the Parks and Recreation
Commission, and
WHEREAS, interviews have been conducted to fill the vacancies, and it
is now appropriate to fill the vacancies
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE following appointments are
made:
Planning Commission
Sami Asfour for a term ending January 1993
Henry Murakami for a term ending January 1995
Parks and Recreation Commission - term ending August 19~
Leo Barnard
John Clark
Barbara Dutra
Marianne Swan
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga city Council held on the 16th day of
September, 1992, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Burger, Kohler, Mania, Tucker and Mayor Anderson
NOES:
None
ABSENT:
None
