RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, on the Planning Commission the terms of Sami Asfour,
Margaret Patrick, and Richard Siegfried have expired, and whereas,
Mr. Asfour does not wish to reapply for his seat, and
WHEREAS, interviews have been conducted to fill the vacancies, and
it is now appropriate to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE following appointments are
made to the Planning Commission for terms expiring October 2000:
Reappointments: Margaret Patrick, Richard Siegfried
Appointment: Mary-Lynne Bernald
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 6th day of
November, 1996, by the following vote:
