RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE HAKONE FOUNDATION BOARD
WHEREAS, the Saratoga City Council, at the request of the President
of the Hakone Foundation Board of Trustees, wishes to fill
vacancies on that Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE following appointments to
the Hakone Foundation Board are made for a term of four years:
Margaret Angelopoulis
Barbara Fahs
Arthur Okuno
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 4th day of
December, 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: CouncilmenbersBogosian, Jacobs, Shaw, WolfeandMayorMoran
NOES:
