RESOLUTION NO. 99-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ADJUSTING THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted its annual review and evaluation of the
performance of the City Manager as called for in the Agreement for Employment of the
City Manager dated November 19,1997, and
WHEREAS, based upon its review and evaluation, the City Council has determined that it
is appropriate to adjust the salary of the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council approves an adjustment of the salary of the City
Manager to Eight- Thousand- Two-Hundred-Fifty Dollars ($8,250) per month effective
March 8, 1999.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Saratoga held on the 19th day of May , 1999, by the following vote:
A)nES: Councilmembers Baker and Mehaffey, Mayor Shaw
NOES: None
AJBSENT: Councilmember Streit, Vice Mayor Bogosian
ABSTAIN: None
