R~SOLUTION ACCEPTING DF~)ICATION OF KITTR~Y)GE
ROAD - TRACT #9~4
It appearing that on or abo~t March 18, 1952 the street
improvements as shown on the herinafter referred to subdivision
map were completed and: that thereafter was mai~tained by the
subdivider for a period of not less than an additional year
from date of satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:~
That portion of Kittredge Road as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract #914 recorded in Book 36 of maps at
Page 16 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California on March 18, 1952, which offers
of dedication were not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's
certificate on said map, is hereby accepted and said street is
hereby declared to be a public street of the City of Saratoga,
County of Santa Clara, State of California.,
This resolution was regularly introdmced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 4th day of March , 1959 by
the following vote:~
