RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS TRACT #1636
It appearing that on or about February 3, 1958 the street
improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred to sub~Bivlsion
map were completed and that thereafter was maintalr~ed by the
subdivider for a period of not less than an additional year
from date of satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of .Bars toga
hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown om that cert~aln
subdivision map of TracZ #1636, recorded in Book 68 of Maps at
Page 14 in the office of the County Recorder of the CoL~nty of
Santa Clara, State of California on April 17, ]956, which offers
of dedlcstion were not accepted and. said. streets are hereby
declared to be public streets of the City of :Bs~rs~toga, County of
Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introd~ced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 1st day of ... A.pril , 1959 by the
following vote:
