P~ESOLUTIO~.~7 ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TPj~CT NO. 4344
It appear in9~ that on or about April 1, 1971 , the st3:eet, storm drain
and o'Sher impr. ovements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdi-
ision map and on approved improvement plans therefor were completed
and thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for a period of not
less than an additional year from date of satisfactory completion,
lqOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication
of certain streets, storm drains and other easements'as shown on the
followin~ described su~xtivision map:
30,-31,32 & 33
Map of Tract ~oo 4344 recorded in Book 23__0 of Maps, at Page~__,
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California on November 17_~: ..... , 19~7,
and as set forth in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby re-
scinded and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said map
are hereby accepted, except the following:
NO EXCEPTIONS
and all of the above streets ~hich are accepted under this resolution
are hereby declared to be.public streets of the City of Sarato~'a; County
of Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the followin~ described improvement bond or bonds are hereby order-
ed releasedz
That certain improvement Bond No. Jj~33L dated__S_~pt. 28._LgJ~?
and issued by _Argona~_ut Ins. Co. .
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the
