RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT #1404
It appearing that on or about July 29, 1957 the street imorove-
ments as shown on the herinafter referred to subdivision map were
completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from ~ate of
satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:~n
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract #1404, Rio Villa Terrace, recorded in
Book 57 of Maps at Page 17 in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara., State of California on May 17, 1955,
which offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms of
the Clerk's certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said
streets are hereby declared to be public streets of the City of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 4th day of Fe~uar.v , 1959 by the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Rosasco, Langwill
NOES: None
ABSENT: ~one
