RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS TRACT 1277
It appearing that on or about April 16, 1956 the street
i~provements as shown on the herinafter referred to subdivision map
were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from date of
satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City' of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract #1277, Saratoga Orchards, recorded in
Book 48 of Maps at Pages 26 and 27 in the office of the County Reco~de~
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on Marcy 22,
which offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms of
the Clerk's certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said
streets are hereby declared to be public streets of the City of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and therea£ter
passed and adopted this 20th day of May , 1959 by the
following vote:
AYES: Glennon, Jepsen, Rosasco
NOES: No ne ~
ABSENT: Langwill
ABSTAINED: Brazil
