RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS TRACT 1800
It appearing that on or about July 28, 1958 the street
improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map
were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from date of
satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on ~hat certain
subdivision map of Tract 18OO, Azule Homesite Unit No. 5, recorded
in Book 76 of Maps at Page 28 in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on February 27,
1957, which offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms
of the Clerk's certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said
s%ree~s are hereby declared to be public streets of the Ci%y of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
