RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS TRACT 1956
It appearing that on or about July 28, 1958 the street
improvements as shown on the l'u.:hereinafter referred to subdivision
map were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from date of
satisfactory completion,
NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract 1956, Merrivale #2, recorded in Book 85
of Maps at Pages 2 and 3 in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California on August 29, 1957 which
offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's
certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are
hereby declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga, County
of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 19th day of August 1959
by the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, ~angwill
