RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS TRACT 1271
It appearing that on er about October 8, 1955 the street
improvements as shown on the heroinafter referred to subdivision map
were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from date of
satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract #1271, Argonaut Place Unit 2, recorded
in Book 48 of Maps at Pages 2~ and 25 in the office of the County
Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State of California, on March 22,
1954, which offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms
of the Clerk's certificate en said map, are hereby accepted and said
streets are hereby declared te be public streets of the City of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and ~hereafter
passed and adopted this 2nd__day of September ,1959,
by the following vote:
AYES': Brazil, Glennon, Rosasco, Jepsen,
NOES: None
